ABC Sevices strives to become a leading partner of choice as far as the provision of health and safety services within the West Africa sub-region is concerned. It is in this direction that Senior Management has put systems in place to improve the level of health and safety competence of the organization based on its services rendered and for individuals who are engaged to perform diverse roles. The systems allows Senior Management to know the limitations of the organization and that of individuals in order to bridge that gaps.
The company has engaged the services of SGS, an international standards and certification service provider to carry out a Gap Analysis of the organizations Health Safety Environment and Quality Management System. This is to identify shortfalls in the management system and our target to achieve full certification of the company under ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001: 2015 standards. I.e. Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental standards respectively.

The competence of individuals of the company are identified through a competency based matrix that looks into the specific role of a worker, what competency areas are required and the means of achieving competence.
