Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and subcontractors
- Maintain project schedules and production tracking
- Develop and implement safety and quality control plans
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and quality inspections
- Prepare daily reports and documentation
Required Certifications
- EM 385-1-1 40 Hour Certification
- OSHA 30 Hour Construction Safety
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Construction Quality Management (CQM)
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years construction supervision experience
- Knowledge of federal construction and USACE procedures
- Experience managing quality control and safety programs
